My name is I GEDE SENTANA, 30 years old. I am a Dutch speaking guide working for local travel agent in Bali, INDONESIA. Leave at Pemuteran village a small village at north Bali with around 7.000 peoples, which is located 150 km north-west from DENPASAR. Most of peoples are farmers and fisherman, they have to work really hard to pay their children to go to school.Every day there are a lot of children came to our house just wanted to seen what is computer?
Than last year in February 2007, I bought another 2 computers and I invited them to come and let them tried to use it and lets them get use too with it. Because of a lot of children in his school would like to do it and in the evening their coming with their parents and wish their children can join with us than in May 2008 I paid an instructor to teach them computer in my house. Until January 2008 I had to stop it because I had problem with my own financial and all of computers I had to sell it.  All I had sold, my house is quite, What should I do?….
I had to think hard to get another income to operate my free education for pour children. May 2008 I gone to the Bank to get a credit to make internet café because there isn’t but there are 9 hotels in my village so I believed all of guest in this hotel coming to my internet shop to use internet and available to do computer course too.
My dream came true, I got it than I have a small business and wish get income from it to operate my old dream. June 2008,I contacted all of my friends  and we talked about it. there are 7 peoples came to this meeting and they are senior high school teachers, docent of singaraja university and professional worker and we knew each other since child and they agreed to made an education social foundation with name “DHARMA SANTANA”.

July 2008 this foundation established and 7 peoples sitting in this foundation with 46 children, there are between 7- 17 years old, they coming to this school at 3.30 until 5.30 in the afternoon after back from formally school and they get extra less such as:Mathematics,Languages English and bahasa Indonesia,Cross culture understanding,Balinese Dance less,Computer course (in my internet café),Tourism education,Hotel and Restaurant education.

Why we do it?

Make stupidity les in our village,Give them extra education as rich children ,In the future they can work as better position at hotel or company in our village,Let them common with English and foreigners and tourism skill, knowledge and education,Let them know other world, tradition, culture ,Try to give them formally education as high as possible or help them to get better job in all sector

Building 5 X 7 meters, coconut leafs roof, cement floor,Low table 160 cm X 24o cm,Lands 1000 m2,Simple toilet,white board,5 computers(borrow from internet café),Module books to teach,Tape and DVD player
